Leadership Development Journey
A four-month hybrid leadership journey for high-potential Section Managers transitioning into Manager-of-Managers roles across RAK government entities. Anchored in RAK Vision 2030 and UAE Vision 2031, designed within the 70–20–10 learning framework.
Programme Intent
Develop enterprise leaders who can operate effectively in complex public-sector environments — shifting from functional leadership to enterprise-level impact, leading beyond departmental silos, integrating data and AI into decisions, and delivering citizen-centric outcomes.
Learning Architecture
Eight modules across four months, integrated within the 70–20–10 leadership development framework — formal learning (10%), peer-based social learning (20%), and applied experiential learning (70%).
